Delivery Information
We use a flat rate for shipping and as most packages are under 500g in weight the cost charged will be Royal Mail's Standard 'Signed For' package cost shown below.
If the weight is more than 500g then we cap it and bear the extra charge. We do not make any profit on delivery.
All orders received before 2pm will normally be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending upon where you live and the delivery service that you choose during the checkout procedure. The shipping costs will be displayed before you are asked to provide your credit/debit card details. If your order is placed after 2pm, on a weekend or a bank holiday your order will be shipped on the next working day.
All packages need to be signed for.
Any orders made over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, as Royal Mail do not collect from us over the weekend.
Deliveries are only made during the week (Monday to Friday) unless Saturday option is chosen at checkout.
Orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday unless Saturday option is chosen at extra cost.
The courier we use is Royal Mail and the items can only be tracked once the parcel has ether been signed for or had an attempted delivery.
